Expanding Areas of Visitor Interests
Strong interest in fibres, yarns, fabric making,
technical textiles and nonwovens
Areas of interest
Lenzing AG has been part of ITMA since the launch of the fibre and yarn chapter in ITMA 2011. ITMA has become an important exhibition for us. Participating in ITMA gives us the chance, as a fibre producer, to meet a broader audience. We were able to get in touch with a wide variety of visitors sourcing different solutions, from apparel to technical textiles. We will be back at ITMA 2023!"
Gabriele Emlinger, Regional Director TCS Europe & Americas and FPU, Lenzing AG
Visitors interested in technical textiles were keen on these applications
We have achieved our sales and business objectives at ITMA 2019. The quality and frequency of the visitors were excellent. Apart from receiving enquiries from our core knitting business, there was an increased interest and enquiry from the technical textiles manufacturers."
Kent Hsieh, Turkey General Manager, Pailung Machinery Mill
The results from our participation in ITMA 2019 exceeded our expectations. Our digital sewing machine solutions were well received as was our automatic machines and models for technical textiles. The quality of the visitors was high.”
Eoghan Murray, Marketing Manager, Juki Central Europe
Recycling, waste reduction and pollution prevention
Another area of interest that enjoyed a steady growth momentum was the recycling and waste management sector. With sustainability as an important driving force in technology innovation, many textile manufacturers are looking deeper into green solutions.
